How to induce sleep after you've been on uppers

So you've taken some amphetamine earlier on and now you really want to get some sleep. What do you do if your brain just won't let you? Here follows some suggestions. The only method I really recommend though is using sleeping pills or downers.

Personally I prefer to do something fun until I can fall asleep without any help.

Ad: Test the purity of your speed!

Pills/Downers

By far the best way to put yourself to sleep after you've used speed or other uppers. I've been recommended valium, limovan, tramadol, xanax, klonopin, vicodin, zolpidem (ambien, stilnox), nytol, nozinan, nyquil, codein, theralen and a couple of others. The ones I've tried all worked fine.

You might have to take some more than normally but as long as you know what you are doing there shouldn't be any problem.

I should warn you to take these pills while you are still speeding pretty hard. It can make you "dream" although you are still awake and then you can lose control. It has happened to me after just a little bit of speed together with a couple of stilnox, beer and weed. Sure it was a bit fun, but also very dangerous.

GHB or GBL

If used heavily these substances will do the trick. But sometimes you wake up after a couple of hours when the peak of the drugs has passed. Resulting in it being even harder to fall asleep again. GHB and GBL may also increase the psychological hangover.

Alcohol

Some people drink and drink until they pass out. I would advice against this because it usually increases and prolongs the hangover a lot. It can probably be dangerous too considering the amount that has to be consumed.

Eat some food

Try to eat some, even if you only can get a little down. When you eat you get drowsy. Not by much but it might be enough for you to be able to fall asleep. Especially together with a little bit of weed.

Smoke weed

I think smoking until you pass out is a bad. Why? Because you have to smoke A LOT. I would save the weed for better occasions.

Not a serious suggestion of course but Fat boy slim actually once tried it. It didn't work but at least he survived.
