Hope this helps some other Dell users who encounter this problem. I checked the Device Manager and found that all the Bluetooth devices which are listed under Bluetooth and Network adapters have been greyed out.
It found 2 recommended updates, which I ran, which fortunately turned out to be the missing bluetooth drivers. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread. Here’re gluetooth specs on the bluetooth I supposedly have but which no longer shows up in device manager not even greyed out.
